Ivory House is a peaceful Victorian House situated in a pleasant village lying 10 miles from Edinburgh and in easy access to the beautiful countryside of the Borders close to Rosslyn Chapel.

The Victorian residence dates from 1880. It stands with an extensive lawned garden which enjoys fine views of the Pentland Hills. The beautifully decorated interior has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by a number of attractive original features. All the rooms are en-suite, well appointed and fully updated throughout and there is a private lounge for exclusive use of the guests. First class hospitality and a superb Scottish breakfast awaits you. Vegetarian choices are available and many of the ingredients are produced locally.

We also offer Coach House. This well appointed self-catering accommodation is adjacent to the owners property while at the same time offers complete privacy with its attractive walled garden. The interior of the cottage is fully central heated and furnished to a particularly high standard.
